Affinity Capital Markets provides trading education, trader setups and tools on our website and mobile apps. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Account details: your name, email address, username and profile photo if you add one.
Trading data: if you connect a MetaTrader 5 account, we read your balance, positions and trade history to show your journal and results. Your MT5 password is passed to our secure connection provider and is not stored by us.
Device data: a push notification token so we can send the alerts you choose, and basic usage information to keep the app reliable.
How we use it
To run your account, show your trades and journal, send alerts you have switched on, and provide support.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Trusted service providers that host our app, deliver email and push notifications, process website payments and connect to MetaTrader 5. They only process data on our behalf.
Your choices
You can change alert settings, edit your profile, disconnect MT5, or permanently delete your account from Settings in the app or on our website at any time.

Retention and security
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile and connected trading accounts are removed. Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted.
