Answers to common questions about the Affinity Capital app. Signed-in members can also message the team from the Help option in the account menu.

Signing in

Use the email address you joined with. We send a one-time code; check your Junk folder if it hasn't arrived within a minute, then tap Resend.

Connecting MT5

Open Settings, choose Connect MT5 and enter the Login number, Server and Password from your IC Markets welcome email. It usually connects in under a minute.

Alerts

Open the Alerts tab and tap Turn on. If nothing arrives, allow notifications for Affinity in your phone's Settings.

Membership

Memberships are managed on affinitycapital.io. Once active, sign in to the app and everything unlocks automatically.

Deleting your account

Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your profile and disconnects your trading accounts.
